RMS Announces Joint Venture with RMSI to Expand Business Process Outsourcing Operations

Newark, Calif. – November 30, 2006 – Risk Management Solutions (RMS), the world’s leading provider of products and services for the management of catastrophe risk, today announced the expansion of the company’s successful analytical and exposure data enhancement offering, currently used by more than 10 re/insurance organizations. As Vice President of Global Consulting and Data Services, RMS veteran Roger Arnemann is responsible for building a team to support the future growth of the initiative, which will operate from the RMSI offices in New Delhi, India.

The Business Process Outsourcing unit will among other things support a major RMS initiative to provide RMS clients with a central resource for the cleansing and enhancement of exposure risk data to increase the efficiency and accuracy of RiskLink® catastrophe modeling analyses. RMS anticipates that the current outsourcing team of 55 will grow to over 200 in the next two years, and will continue to work closely with the RMS Consulting business operating out of the RMS offices in London and New York.

Roger Arnemann has been with RMS since 1998, most recently managing its Analytical Services and Risk Transfer Advisory practices. In addition, Roger was responsible for forming and managing the RiskWorks technology consulting group within RMS Consulting. He has relocated from the RMS London office to India to build and oversee the data enhancement initiative for the next two years, and now serves on the RMSI management team.
